Go online to:  http://swapps.etps.schoolwires.net/SignIn.aspx

Log in using your user name (first initial and last name) and password (the same one you use to access your email account).

In the left-hand column, click on “New Ticket”.

On the New Request screen, click on the drop down menu choices:  “Staff Development”.

Under “Category”, choose the subject of the workshop you are interested in attending.  Your choices will be “Language Arts/Literacy”, “Mathematics”, “Science” and “Other Subjects”.

You may select the workshop under “Subcategories”.  All currently offered workshops will be listed in the following format:

Number-Title of Workshop // Targeted Grade Levels // Date // Time // Location // Presenter

Select the workshop you wish to attend in the drop down list and click on it.  Then go to the bottom of the screen and hit “Next”. 

In the “Subject” line, merely put the number of the workshop you wish to attend; i.e., “12”.  In the “Description” box, please put in contact information – a home telephone number, personal email address or both.

1.         If this is the workshop you want, hit “Next” at the bottom of the screen.  You will not need to complete anything on this screen.  Just hit “Finish” at the bottom of the screen and you’re done!

2.         If this is not the workshop you want, hit “Previous” at the bottom of the screen and choose the correct workshop.

At the end of the registration, after hitting “Finish”, you will be shown a screen with the “Subject” and “Description” boxes faded out.  You can hit “Cancel” at the bottom of the screen.

You will receive an email telling you “The following ticket has been assigned to a queue.”  This means you have completed the form correctly and are registered for this workshop.

Please keep a copy for your files.  You will receive no further communication about this workshop, unless it has been cancelled due to low enrollment or the location has changed.

You may register for as many workshops as you like, but must go through the above process for each one.
