Connecting Ewing Email to your Smartphone/Tablet

Below are the directions to connect your Ewing Email to your Smartphone/Tablet. A broadband or wifi Internet connection to the internet is required, see carrier for details. Unfortunately Ewing Tech Support cannot support your phone/tablet. Please visit device manufacture website for troubleshooting information. Please do not submit an Assist ticket for your phone/tablet.

Apple iPhone/iPad

1. From the Home Screen, tap Settings

2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, and Calendars

 
 
3. Select Add Account > Microsoft Exchange.

4. Now type in the following information:

            Email: your email address (example@ewingboe.org)

Username: You’re Ewing Username (username)

Password: your email password

Description: Optional (Work Email)

Server – mail1.ewingboe.org (EHS, LES, and PES)

                           mail2.ewingboe.org (FMS, AES, Gusz and District Admin Offices)

5. Select next

6. Setup Account options

 

 

Android OS Devices

  1. Press the Home Key 
  2. Press the Menu Key and tap on Settings
  3. Tap on Accounts and sync settings
  4. Tap on Add account.
  5.  Tap on Microsoft Exchange/Corporate
  6. Enter your email address and password
  7. It will not find the server and you will be asked to enter server information, please enter below information:

Domain\Username: You’re Exchange Username (ewingboe.org\username)

Password: your email password

Server – mail1.ewingboe.org (EHS, LES, and PES)

                           mail2.ewingboe.org (FMS, AES, Gusz and District Admin Offices)

                *Check Use secure connection (SSL)

                *Uncheck Accept all SSL certificates

  1. Accept Remote Security administration
  2. Setup Account Options
